Emily has practiced family law for over four years, focusing on all aspects of domestic relations matters, including divorce, custody disputes, restraining orders, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She also has experience handling estate and probate litigation. Prior to concentrating on family law, Emily developed a strong foundation in corporate law and insurance defense, engaging in complex drafting, discovery, and motion practice. She has also contributed to and authored appellate briefs in both Massachusetts courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. This breadth of experience informs her strategic, detail-oriented, and creative approach to client advocacy
Emily earned her law degree from Boston University School of Law and graduated cum laude from Mount Holyoke College.
